2. Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

3. Payment & Refunds

All services must be paid for at the time of appointment. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Products purchased in-store are final sale. If you experience an issue with a product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service. We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.
